Position Overview
The Office Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the center. This individual will support student evaluations, grading, scheduling, parent communication, and may assist with limited teaching as needed.
This is a hands-on leadership support position requiring professionalism, initiative, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to parent inquiries professionally
- Assist with student evaluations and grading
- Support scheduling and ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain student records and documentation
- Monitor classroom flow and staff coordination
- Provide limited instructional support as needed
- Ensure center environment remains organized and welcoming
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Education or related field preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable managing schedules and administrative systems
- Prior experience in education, tutoring, or office management preferred
- Leadership mindset with attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and proactive
