There are two great passions that keep my focus. My first driving passion is sports, and especially golf. After 25 years of playing tennis, golf came into my life. For the past 16 years, I've worked on getting golf fit, improving my game and having a single-digit handicap. Now's the time to share how you can get in your best shape for golf, hit the ball farther, reduce injuries, and improve your game overall.
My second passion is to help women and men with weight loss. It brings great joy to empower people like you, to feel your best and find your best self. Weight loss doesn't have to be as complicated as we make it. If you are looking for easy and doable strategies to make weight loss happen, let's talk. Now, weight loss still takes work and dedication on your part, however, we can make it fun and enjoyable. There are simple strategies to make your life easier.
