About Lazarex Cancer Foundation

Our mission: Lazarex Cancer Foundation is improving patient access to cancer clinical trials.

We help advanced stage cancer patients who have run out of standard treatment options. If they are not ready for hospice and wish to still be engaged in fighting the cancer then clinical trials are the only treatment pathway left. Lazarex helps patients nationwide, of all ages, from all walks of life, with all types of cancer. We remove the barriers to clinical trial participation and help patients access treatments that may extend or save their lives.

Lazarex Cancer foundation is the only non-profit in the United States that assists cancer patients with finding clinical trials and reimbursing them for the out of pocket travel costs involved in getting to those clinical trials. We also cover the travel costs for a companion so they do not have to travel alone. We will continue to support a patient until they are no longer participating in a clinical trial.
